Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. For an order of multiple goods delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

How to exercise it

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Zentyde B.V., Voorbeeldstraat 1, 1011 AB Amsterdam, Netherlands, support@zentyde.com, of your decision by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return. You must send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from unnecessary handling.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
