Refunds and the right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, as set out in our Cancellation Policy. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are processed.
How to request a refund
To start a return or refund, contact Zentyde B.V. at support@zentyde.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw.
Refund timeframe and method
Once we receive the returned goods, or proof that you have sent them back, we refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days. We refund using the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received back.
Condition of returned goods
You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. Unless an item is faulty, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery, as permitted by EU consumer law. Faulty or misdescribed items are always eligible for a remedy under the legal guarantee.
