1. Who we are

2. Products and orders

Product descriptions and prices appear on the product pages. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise; any shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

3. Payment

Payment is taken through our payment providers at checkout. We never store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment is authorised.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the European Union. Estimated delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase, subject to the legal exceptions. See our Cancellation Policy for full details and the model withdrawal form.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity

Goods must conform to the contract. As an EU consumer you benefit from the statutory legal guarantee; if an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Netherlands, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If we cannot resolve a dispute, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
