Delivery areas

Zentyde B.V. ships across the European Union. Orders are dispatched from within the EU and processed on business days.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days within the EU after dispatch, depending on destination.
• Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are prepared the same day where possible.

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed; carrier delays can occur. You receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, and any free-shipping threshold, are shown at checkout before you pay, in EUR.

Returns

EU consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under our Cancellation Policy. For how refunds are issued and the timeframes, see our Refund Policy. Certain sealed health or hygiene products cannot be returned once unsealed, in line with EU consumer law.
